Monthly Maintenance Tasks

1. Air Filter Inspection and Cleaning
Dirty air filters are the single most common cause of projector overheating and premature failure. Remove the filter(s) and inspect against a light source. If light cannot pass through easily, the filter requires cleaning or replacement. Use a vacuum cleaner on low suction to remove dust, or wash foam filters in warm water with mild detergent. Always ensure filters are completely dry before reinstallation. Never operate a projector without filters installed.
2. Intake and Exhaust Vent Inspection
Check the projector's air intake and exhaust vents for dust accumulation, obstruction, or damage. Use a soft brush or low-power vacuum to clear any visible dust. Ensure the projector booth has adequate ventilation and that no objects are blocking airflow within 30cm of vents.
3. Visual Image Quality Check

9. Full Optical Path Cleaning
