Yellow/Blue Discolouration (Polariser Burn)
Common in PT-FW, PT-EZ and PT-MZ LCD series. Heat degrades the organic optical filters (polarisers), causing yellow or blue tint. We rebuild the optical engine with new inorganic polarisers to restore perfect white balance.
Liquid Cooling Failure (PT-RZ/RQ Series)
Over 3-5 years, the glycol coolant degrades or evaporates, leading to Temp errors that filter cleaning cannot fix. We perform complete coolant flushes, radiator cleaning, and pump tests to restore thermal efficiency.
Iris & Shutter Grinding Noise

3LCD Convergence Drift

Laser Module Brightness Decline
SOLID SHINE laser banks lose output uniformity over time. We diagnose individual diode health, replace degraded emitters, and recalibrate the phosphor wheel timing to restore rated lumen output.
Shutter Jam (STATUS Orange)
The mechanical shutter sticks in closed or open position after transport or impact. Common in PT-RZ installation units. We disassemble the shutter mechanism, clean and lubricate, and test full travel range.
