We reserve the right to amend these terms from time to time. The version current at the date of your booking shall apply.

All work is carried out at our discretion by qualified technicians. We reserve the right to decline work on equipment we consider unsafe or uneconomical to repair.
3. Booking & Diagnosis
3.1 To book a repair, complete the booking form on our website or contact us by telephone. We require your name, contact details, projector brand and model, and a description of the fault.
3.2 Upon receipt, we will arrange collection of your projector using our insured courier service. There is no charge for this initial collection from addresses within mainland UK and Republic of Ireland. EMEA collections may incur additional shipping costs, which we will quote separately.
3.3 Upon arrival at our service centre, we perform a comprehensive diagnostic assessment. This typically takes one working day.
3.4 We will provide you with a written quotation setting out the fault(s) identified, the proposed repair, estimated parts and labour costs, and estimated completion time. Quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue.
3.5 If you accept the quotation, we proceed with the repair. If you decline the quotation, we will return your projector at your expense (£45 + VAT mainland UK; €65 Ireland; EMEA on request). You may also arrange your own collection at no cost.
3.6 For out-of-warranty cinema projectors, diagnostic fees are £85 + VAT. This fee is waived if you proceed with the repair. For preventative maintenance inspections, a site survey fee of £150 + VAT applies, credited against any maintenance contract signed within 30 days.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Payment is due in full upon completion of the repair and before return shipping. We will email you an invoice with our bank details.
4.2 We accept the following payment methods: BACS/CHAPS bank transfer, all major debit and credit cards (via secure card payment link), and approved purchase orders from registered businesses and public sector organisations.
4.3 Credit account terms are available to approved commercial customers subject to satisfactory trade references and a credit limit set at our discretion. Standard credit terms are 30 days net from invoice date.
4.4 Late payment will incur interest at the rate of 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate, compounded monthly, plus recovery costs as permitted under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
5. Repair Warranty
5.1 All repairs carry a minimum 90-day warranty from the date of return delivery. This warranty covers the specific work performed and any parts replaced during that repair.
5.2 If the same fault recurs within the warranty period and is attributable to our workmanship or the parts fitted, we will repair it again at no additional charge. This includes collection, repair and return shipping.
5.3 The warranty does not cover: faults caused by mishandling, power surges, environmental damage, or failure to follow our post-repair guidance; faults arising in components unrelated to the original repair; or projectors that have been opened, modified or repaired by a third party since our repair.
5.4 Extended warranty options are available for annual maintenance contract customers, offering up to 12 months coverage. Contact us for details.
6. Collection & Delivery
6.1 We use insured couriers with specialised AV equipment packaging. All projectors must be adequately packaged for transit. If you do not have the original packaging, we can provide guidance or arrange specialist packaging at additional cost.
6.2 Transit insurance covers loss or damage in transit up to a maximum of £25,000 per projector. Higher values must be declared in advance.
6.3 Typical turnaround times are: Cinema Series 3-5 working days; Large Venue 3-5 working days; Simulation 5-7 working days; Home Cinema 3-5 working days. Express 48-hour service is available at 50% surcharge subject to parts availability.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Our total liability in connection with any repair shall not exceed the amount paid for that repair.
7.2 We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity, or reputational damage, however arising.
7.3 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
8. Data Protection
We process your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Full details are set out in our Privacy Policy. All firmware, calibration data and network configurations are backed up before repair and restored on completion. We offer Non-Disclosure Agreements for sensitive installations upon request.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
